Research Says There's a Perfect Time to Eat, Sleep, Drink Coffee, and Even Post to Facebook

According to the information NetCredit presents in the below infographic, the ideal time to take a nap is between 2 p.m. and 3 p.m. It's just too bad nobody shared this fact with our old boss at the chemical factory before she fired us for sleeping on the job.

In fact, if that same boss had seen this infographic — which also reveals the best times to eat, exercise and shop — she probably would've PRAISED us for catching a little shut-eye during our shift. After all, clinical studies have shown that a quick catnap between 2 and 3 can be beneficial to our overall sleep cycle, which helps to keep us more alert in the long run!

Whatever. It's a little too late to get our jobs back. All we can do is hope that our new boss isn't as strict as our old boss, who fired us without letting us explain why we fell asleep at the controls of the forklift! (Crazy, right?)
