Try this simple recipe containing fresh fruits and reap the benefits all around.

Ingredients:

1 very ripe mango, chunks
2 cups fresh pineapple, chunks
1 cup unsweetened frozen strawberries, plus a few more
2 tablespoons sugar
¼ cup white rum

Directions:
1. Cut fresh fruit into chunks.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth.
3. Pour into 4 glasses.  Top with extra strawberries and serve.
