YouTube fitness sensation and creator of Blogilates Cassey Ho just released a new video that’s getting a lot of attention. And there’s not a single butt-sculpting exercise involved.

Known for her spunky personality and high-energy Instagram images, Cassey shows that not all of the feedback she receives on social media is positive. And hey, critics are allowed, but there is never a place for bullying.

The video below, funded by Smashbox Studios, is just two minutes long, but makes a really powerful statement. Fueled by the negative comments she receives she begins to question her own perception of herself and starts to “Photoshop” her body.

“As a fitness instructor and online personality, people expect me to look a certain way. So when I take a selfie and people see that my butt isn’t huge and I don’t have a defined six-pack, they think there’s something wrong with me,” Cassey tells SELF. “The thing is—my physical appearance alone does not dictate how strong I am nor does it say anything about how good of a trainer I am. It’s frustrating when people try to align your worth by your looks.”

And this video is on the heels of another stop-motion clip that shows a woman digitally manipulating her body to fit what she’s been told is “beautiful.”

The video is a reminder that no matter who you are, these comments still hurt. And even in the fitness industry, where looks are often stressed, it’s important to remember that working out is about feeling good and getting strong. So let’s all agree to stop the body shaming and start to love ourselves and others.
