Created by Jeppe Nothlev to celebrate the arrival of Highland Park Valkyrie - rooted in the brand’s rich, Viking heritage - the Wings of Orkney is a delicious and unique cocktail. Garnished with two slices of apple to form a set of 'wings,' the ingredients coincide with the flavor profile of the whisky to create a cocktail that's as smoky and peaty as the expression itself.

Ingredients:
1.5 oz Highland Park Valkyrie
.5 oz Amber Vermouth
.25 oz Pedro Ximenés Sherry
Preparation:
Stir all ingredients together and serve in a small glass.
Garnish with two thin slices of apple, caramelized with brown sugar and licorice root.
Pin the two slices together to form 'wings.'
