1 tablespoon Creme de Violette
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}4 ounces chilled sparkling wine like a Cava or Prosecco
Preparation:
Pour the Creme de Violette into a tall flute.
Slowly and gently, pour in the sparkling wine and serve.
