Ingredients:
4 ounce Dry Rose
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}3/4 ounce Fresh Lemon juice
1 ounce Simple syrup
1 ounce Aperol

Preparation:
Add all ingredients except for Aperol into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a 12 oz glass and drizzle Aperol on top. Add mint spring for garnish.
