1 1/2 oz. Tequila Avión Anejo
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}1/2 oz. Rye whiskey
1/2 oz. Cinnamon schnapps
1 oz. Pear pure
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}3/4 oz. Lemon juice
1/4 oz. Simple syrup
Cinnamon stick for garnish

Combine all ingredients in an ice filled shaker, shake vigorously until well chilled. Strain into a Collins or highball glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
