Overnight Chia, Pumpkin Pudding

Ingredients:
2 cups almond milk
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}1 tablespoon maple syrup
? cup chia seeds
? cup pumpkin puree
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}? teaspoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons pecans
2 tablespoons raisins
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Preparation:
In a large glass or bowl, combine the almond milk and maple syrup and season with salt. Stir in the chia seeds, pumpkin puree, cinnamon, and transfer to individual glasses or jars. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Coarsely chop the pecans. Top the pudding with the pecans and raisins and serve.
