Honey Drop Martini

The collection’s Honey Drop ($18), is the Barclay Bar’s new signature cocktail, paying homage to the hotel’s seven honey bee hives located on its rooftop garden.

Ingredients:
1 Whole lemon, squeezed
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}1/2 ounce rosemary simple sugar
1 ounce Limoncello
1 ounce honey
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}2 ounce Double Cross Vodka
Preparation:
Rim a Martini glass with vanilla sugar and place an inch of fresh honey comb on bottom of glass.
Shake and Strain mixture and pour into glass.
