Once again, die-hard fans of fast food breakfasts have something to celebrate.

Soon, McDonald's may not be the only joint in town offering an all-day breakfast menu. Carl’s Jr's "Breakfast Burger"-- a cheeseburger topped with bacon, egg and hash brown combined with a beef patty, American cheese and ketchup—is now available all day at most restaurants across the country, according to QSR Magazine.

The breakfast-burger hybrid first launched in 2004 and Carl’s Jr. claims it was the first major chain to put an egg on top of a burger.

"Carl’s Jr. has always sold its entire burger line during breakfast—and they make up a significant portion of all of the meals served in the morning—so it became obvious that we needed to create a true ‘breakfast burger’ for our guests,” Brad Haley, chief marketing officer for Carl’s Jr. and Hardee’s, said a statement.

In the past, the burger has only been available during breakfast hours but can now be ordered at any time of the day, to satisfy those mid-day (or midnight) cravings for bacon, egg and hash browns.

Could this launch lead to more breakfast menu items being served all day? After adding select breakfast items to its all-day menu in Oct. 2015, McDonald’s saw a big boost in same-store sales throughout 2016.

The Breakfast Burger is available with a single beef patty for $4.39, a double burger patty for $5.69, or with a 1/3-lb Thickburger for $5.69.
