The 'Clueless' cutie recently released her own vegan cookbook, 'The Kind Diet.' Silverstone says of her lifestyle: "Right after I first made the switch to a plant-based diet, people were literally telling me, 'What have you done? You’re sparkling.'" Alicia isn't alone in her rejection of animal products. The '500 Days of Summer' actress requested that no eggs or dairy be used when she hosted ‘Top Chef Masters’ in August.  Her sister, ‘Bones’ star Emily Deschanel, is also a vegan. “For me, it always has to be about health," says Emily.
