Madonna felt 'raped' after her music leaks, says she's grown tired of hearing her old songs

Madonna won’t be voguing anytime soon.

The 60-year-old singer is gearing up to release her album “Madame X” next week, but is looking back on her older material, including her 2015 album “Rebel Heart,” which she claims performed poorly because of leaked songs.

“There are no words to describe how devastated I was,” she told the New York Times. “It took me a while to recover, and put such a bad taste in my mouth I wasn’t really interested in making music.”

The devastation she felt, she said, made her feel violated.

“I felt raped,” Madonna added.

Madge also said that despite her fans’ passion for her original music, she’d prefer not to hear it because she’s grown tired of it.

“If I’m in a car or I go into a restaurant, I’m out somewhere, and one of my songs starts playing, I just go, ‘Ugh,’” she told the publication, “probably because I’ve had to hear it 5 billion times already, and I want to escape that.”
