Medicinal marijuana is now legal in a handful of U.S. states. But if it was up to these 29 stars, pot - for medicinal purposes and otherwise would be available anywhere, anytime! ‘Transformers’ starlet Megan Fox is particularly outspoken when it comes to pot. Fox tells Maxim, "I've done drugs. I didn't enjoy anything other than marijuana. I don’t even think of it as a drug – it should be legalized."  She’s called on the government to legalize weed on many occasions, saying she would be the "first person in line to buy a pack of joints."  Megan's not alone; more "green" celebrities are coming out every day. Director Quentin Tarantino outed Pitt, telling Howard Stern, "He [Pitt] had this big brick of hash and he was going to give me some for the night… So he takes this brick and whips out a knife like Jesse James and cuts me off this big sliver." During an appearance on ‘Real Time with Bill Maher,’ Maher recalled being at a New Year's Eve party and reminisced with Brad: "You just, all night rolled these perfect joints...the most perfect joints I have ever seen..." Obviously no marijuana list could omit ‘Cheech and Chong’ star Tommy Chong. The documentary 'a/k/a Tommy Chong' chronicles the DEA raid on the legendary pothead's home and his subsequent jail sentence for selling glass bongs over the Internet.  (AP)

Activist Harrelson sits on the NORML advisory board (a lobbying organization working to legalize marijuana) with Willie Nelson, Bill Maher and Robert Altman, among other prominent activists. The actor regularly lends his celebrity status to the cause of reforming marijuana laws and his favorite time of day is 4:20 (the law enforcement arrest code for possession of marijuana).  (AP)

The actor portrayed a pothead dealer in stoner flick ‘Pineapple Express’ and has voiced his approval of the substance. “I don’t consider weed to be any worse than having a beer,” he says.  (AP)

Shia "The Beef" LaBeouf was spotted in June at Los Angeles international airport wearing a T-shirt with the words "Everybody must get stoned" on the back.  The actor grew up with hippie parents. "I had my first joint before I had my first drink," he says. "My parents always thought weed was healthier than alcohol. If you look at the science of it, it’s the truth. Nobody has ever died smoking weed." We love it when stars quote "science"! (AP)

JT has been very open about smoking weed, sometimes even with his mother! The singer also admitted that he was stoned when he was ‘Punk'd’ by Ashton Kutcher.  Timberlake told Blender magazine that legalizing marijuana “would cut your crime rate in half. The Olympic swimmer caused quite a stir when a photograph of him smoking out of a bong went public. It also shed some light on that whole "eating 12,000 calories a day" thing. (AP)

You'd be here all day if we mentioned every rapper who smokes marijuana, but Lil Wayne loves the green stuff. The star talked openly with Katie Couric for a pre-Grammy special about his habit, telling Couric: "I will stand up for marijuana any day ... I'm a rapper. That's who I am, Miss Katie, and I am a gangster and I do what I want. And I love to smoke.”  Luckily we've heard its not that hard to get in jail, either, which is where he could be heading for a year after pleading guilty to weapons possession. (AP) (AP)

Fans asked the the ‘I’m Yours’ singer his opinion on legalization, and he responded via his Myspace blog.  Mraz replied: "Marijuana is already one of the largest cash crops in the United States - I would love to see farmers thrive and not be jailed.”<br><br> "It would be beneficial for the whole to not spend millions each year incarcerating and rehabilitating growers and users. I think it would actually stimulate the economy to have another taxable good on the market, much like tobacco and alcohol are taxable."  What is he running for office or something? (AP)
