FNM Exclusive: Erika Girardi of 'RHOBH' Doesn't Have Time For Any 'Erika Jayne' Haters

Erika Girardi has racked up eight No. 1 singles on Billboard Dance Club charts, but not all of her "Real Housewives" co-stars consider themselves fans. And by "not all," we mean Bethenny Frankel.

On a recent episode of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," long-time "RHONY" star Frankel made a few less-than-flattering remarks about Girardi's latest music video — but Girardi tells Fox News Magazine that she'll be damned if she lets those comments ruin her day.

"All artists, no matter who they are, have always come into contact with criticism. No one's gonna like what you do 100 percent of the time," says Girardi, who performs under the stage name Erika Jayne. "So I was listening [to Frankel], but at the end of the day, I have to do what I feel is right."

"And I stand behind my work," she added. "I think it's great."

Furthermore, Girardi loves what she does, and says her alter ego of Erika Jayne gives her an outlet for her creative side.

"There are two different sides of my personality, much like everyone has two different sides of their personality," says Girardi, who was also quick to point out that "Erika Jayne" also isn't a replacement or a substitute for Erika Girardi. "I mean, it's a profession," she says. "It's something that I do. And I'm not Erika Jayne 24-hours a day."
