Alec and Hilaria Baldwin welcome second child, baby boy Rafael

There is a new Baldwin boy.
Hilaria Baldwin and Alec Baldwin announced that they are the proud parents of a new baby.
The 31-year-old yoga instructor shared the happy news with an adorable picture on Instagram early Wednesday morning.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}“We are happy to announce the birth of Rafael Thomas Baldwin,” she wrote, sharing a picture of the newborn’s hand holding hers.
The proud papa shared the same message and picture on his Twitter account soon afterward.

{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Rafael, who is the “30 Rock” alum’s third child, joins the couple's daughter, Carmen, 21 months old. The actor is also father to 19-year-old fashion model Ireland Baldwin, whom he fathered with his first wife, Kim Basinger.
Baldwin, 51, is the oldest and best-known of four brothers who have all enjoyed success as actors in Hollywood.
He and Hilaria have been married for nearly three years. The couple announced the pregnancy in a touching beach photo in January.
