Philadelphia, PA (SportsNetwork.com) - Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is listed as questionable for Sunday's game against Tampa Bay after being a full participant in practice for the first time this week.

Vick left the Eagles' 36-21 win over the New York Giants last Sunday with a hamstring injury. He pulled up lame while running out of bounds on a 13-yard scramble late in the first half.

After being limited in practice on Wednesday and Thursday, Vick put in a full practice on Friday.

If Vick can't go Sunday against Tampa Bay, Nick Foles will get the start. Foles' lone victory as a starter came last December at Tampa Bay.

Elsewhere on the injury report, tight end James Casey (groin) is questionable. Safety Patrick Chung, who has missed the past two games with a shoulder injury, is probable.
