Good thing he brought his glove to the game.
A Cleveland Indians fan was able snag four foul balls during the tribe’s 6-4 victory over the Kansas City Royals Sunday.
“Three of them were catches and one was a ball I picked up off the ground,” Greg Van Niel told the TribeVibe blog. “The third one I think was the hardest one – I think I ended up sprawled across a few rows, and I got some cheese on myself.”
Van Niel, who attended the game with his family, scored the lucky seats along the third base line in Section 160 by exchanging his season tickets.
By the time Van Niel made his fourth catch in the fifth inning, he flipped the ball over to others in the crowd.
