Dolphins K Carpenter ruled out against Cowboys

Davie, FL – The Miami Dolphins will be without kicker Dan Carpenter for a second consecutive game on Thursday against the Dallas Cowboys.

Carpenter injured his groin during last Thursday's practice and missed Miami's 35-8 win over the Buffalo Bills.

The Dolphins signed former Cincinnati Bengals kicker Shayne Graham before the Bills game. He kicked five extra points against Buffalo.

The Dolphins have won three in a row since starting the season 0-7. Meanwhile, Dallas is tied atop the NFC East with a 6-4 mark.
