Since announcing he was HIV positive in NovemberCharlie Sheen hasn’t had much time for romance.

“There’s nobody special right now,” he told Extra on Monday. “I’m not dating. I got my hands full with dealing with my health, taking care of my family.”

The troubled 50-year-old actor, who is the new spokesperson for LELO condoms, was infamously married three times and then engaged to porn star Brett Rossi before calling it off in October 2014. In all, he’s got five kids, one granddaughter and no plans to make another trip down the aisle.

“I think I’d sooner walk on the moon in exactly what I’m wearing then head back to the altar,” he quipped. “When you’re terrible at something, why keep doing it? I’m 0 for 3.”

As for his health, Sheen is on an experimental new drug called PRO 140, which is a weekly shot instead of a daily cocktail of pills. “I don’t have the migraines, the stomach problems,” he said. “I seriously believe this is the future of treatment for HIV.”

And it appears his work life may be picking up steam after a long period out of the spotlight. His new film, “Nine Eleven” opposite Whoopi Goldberg and Luis Guzman, may debut at the Toronto Film Festival this fall on September 11.

A television comeback may also be on his radar too. “Couple shows I’m looking at, there’s been interest from a couple of major networks, which is really cool, that’s a nice shot in the arm. I think the world is starting to [realize] I’m not this hell raising lunatic that brings chaos where ever I show up.”
