Syria's state TV says a second bomb has exploded in Damascus, hitting near two government ministries.
The TV said Friday's car bombing in the upscale neighborhood of Mazze caused no casualties, but damaged a number of vehicles.
It says the bomb went off between the buildings of the Ministry of Information and the Ministry of Justice, which are about 100 yards apart.
