Iran's official IRNA news agency says Iran and Italy have signed seven agreements during a visit by Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi to Tehran.

The Tuesday report says the agreements include a natural gas project by the Italian electricity and gas company Enel. Other deals include a car component agreement with Danieli, an agreement with the Milan Airports company to renovate a domestic airport in Tehran and another focused on promoting tourism.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

Renzi's trip follows a visit by Iranian President Hassan Rouhani to Rome soon after a nuclear deal between Iran and world powers went into effect in January.
