{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}An internet stalker has been arrested after trying to abduct a British schoolgirl while she was on a family vacation in the south of France. The 12-year-old, from Glasgow, was lured from her holiday home and taken to an airport by a Belgian man she had met online.
The terrified girl was found sobbing by airport workers after being abandoned by the 41-year-old when he realized she did not have a passport.
Her abductor, who pretended to be her uncle, was arrested shortly after he boarded a flight to Madrid.
