Building under construction at university in Saudi Arabia collapses, killing 4 workers
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Civil defense authorities in Saudi Arabia say that four construction workers were killed when a building they were working on collapsed on a university campus.
A civil defense statement says at least four other workers were injured in the collapse, which took place Monday on the campus of al-Qassim University in the province of the same name. It says some 50 workers were at the site at the time, without elaborating on their status.
The governor of al-Qassim, Prince Faisal bin Meshaal, visited the collapsed building in the provincial capital, Buraydah. Buraydah is about 225 miles (360 kilometers) northwest of Saudi Arabia's capital, Riyadh.
