11 partly burned, decapitated bodies found in southern Mexico
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Mexican authorities say they have found the partly burned bodies of 11 men dumped on the side of a road in the southern state of Guerrero.
Many of the bodies appear to have been decapitated.
A law enforcement official who was not authorized to be quoted by name said Thursday the bodies were found near the city of Chilapa.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The grisly discovery came on the same day President Enrique Pena Nieto is scheduled to announce a national security plan to fight stubborn wave of drug-gang violence.
