Tulsa, Oklahoma, police said multiple people were shot and 5 are dead, including the gunman
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Tulsa, Oklahoma, police said four people are dead as well as a suspected gunman following an active shooter situation in which he killed himself.
The Tulsa Police Department said officers responded to the Natalie Medical Building around 4:50 p.m. to reports of an active shooter, authorities said. The suspect, who remains unidentified, was armed with a rifle and handgun.
Officers responded to the building's second floor and found the victims and the gunman.

The Natalie Medical Building is primarily used for sports medicine and orthopedic surgery.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Families were instructed to reunite at Memorial High School, police said. Authorities are asking people to avoid the area.

Oklahoma Gov. Kevin Stitt reacted to the shooting with a statement.

Bynum any state resources that may be needed, and I ask all Oklahomans to come together in support of the Saint Francis Health System community and to grieve with those whose lives have been forever changed," Stitt said.
