Search warrant: Credit cards, cellphone, documents seized from Houston home of Robert Durst

A cellphone, bank statements, credit cards, compact discs and various court documents were among the items seized by police officers who searched the Houston home of real estate millionaire Robert Durst.

The list of what officers took away from Durst's home was included in a search warrant made public Wednesday. Officers spent several hours in Durst's home Tuesday.

Durst has been charged in Los Angeles with first-degree murder in the 2000 shooting of Susan Berman. He is in custody in Louisiana on gun charges while awaiting transfer to Los Angeles.

The search warrant's affidavit says a forensic document examiner confirmed for Los Angeles police in November that a letter that had alerted authorities to Berman's body was written by Durst.
