Police say family of 4 found dead in California home
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Police in Central California say they found a family of four dead inside a home.
Police say officers made the discovery at the home in Turlock around 10 p.m. Thursday after a family member called to report that the four had not been seen or heard from.
Turlock police spokeswoman Mayra Lewis told the Modesto Bee the victims are a man in his 70s, his wife, in her 60s, and their two adult sons, aged 35 to 40. She says the bodies were found in various places in the house.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Lewis said a preliminary investigation has determined the four died in a murder-suicide, although it was not immediately clear how they died.
Police did not release their names and said there was no danger to the community.
