Los Angeles County Sheriff's Sgt. Steven Ruiz tells The Associated Press that the robbery in the 12300 block of Barringer Street, near Durfee Avenue, was reported at 8:43 p.m. Thursday.
He says that the robbers broke into the building through the roof and surprised the workers.
