Police: North Carolina Shooting Was Murder-Suicide
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Police in North Carolina said Sunday that the three women and one man found dead by the side of a road were the victims of a murder-suicide, the News and Observer reported.
Police in Durham, N.C., responded to a report of shots fired shortly after 12:00am Saturday. When officers arrived on the scene, they found the bodies of three women inside a parked vehicle and the body of a man outside the vehicle.
All the victims, who were aged 22 to 24, had suffered gunshot wounds.

Investigators initially said they were apparently targeted, rather than victims of a random incident.
Hill said police have a theory about what led to the apparent murder-suicide, but did not go into detail.
