Outburst mars court hearing for 22-year-old held on DUI charges in Vegas crash that killed 2
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}A weeping relative cried "murderer" as a 22-year-old Henderson man was hustled out of a Las Vegas courtroom where a judge ordered him held on $4 million bail pending a hearing in a high-speed crash that killed two teens.
Marshals surrounded the crying woman and other relatives of the victims Friday and ushered them from the courtroom.
Prosecutor Brian Rutledge says Seong Mo Lee's blood-alcohol percentage was more than twice the legal limit. And he says a vehicle computer shows the Mercedes sedan Lee was driving was going 117 mph when it slammed into a car making a U-turn.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Seventeen-year-old Kamesha Gilmore and 18-year-old Gabriell Thomas were killed in the March 5 wreck.
Records show Lee was free without bail at the time on a previous drunken driving charge.
His attorney, Cinema Greenberg, says nothing has been proved in the latest case.
