Oracle to buy SelectMinds social recruiting firm

Terms were not disclosed.
SelectMinds' products are already integrated in Oracle offerings related to recruiting, performance management and human capital management.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Oracle said it is reviewing SelectMinds' product roadmap and will inform its customers about any new features as it sees fit.
Oracle shares rose 15 cents to close at $33.10 in regular trading Monday before the deal was announced.
