Officials: Vermont mom upset about losing custody fatally shoots children's services worker

Vermont state officials say a mother who was upset about losing custody of her child has fatally shot a Department for Children and Families worker.
Barre City Police Chief Tim Bombardier tells the Burlington Free Press (http://bfpne.ws/1MSXo0Z ) that the suspect has been taken into custody.
Officials say the female worker who was killed had just left the DCF office.
