{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}The suspect in a deadly shooting at a rooftop bar in downtown St. Louis has surrendered to police.
The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports that Scotty Joseph Lee is being held without bail. He gave himself up early Wednesday.
Prosecutors filed a warrant Tuesday charging him with first-degree murder, assault and two armed criminal action counts. No attorney is listed for him in online court records.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Police say several hundred people were on the rooftop level of the Budweiser Brew House at Ballpark Village Sunday night, when Lee and another man got in a shoving match. Thirty-eight-year-old Corey Hall, who was a bystander, was killed when gunfire erupted. Another man was wounded.
The bar is opposite Busch Stadium, home of the Cardinals, who were playing in Pittsburgh at the time.
