Judge to consider sealing audio of 911 call, other records in Oklahoma family stabbing deaths
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Attorneys for two Oklahoma brothers charged in the stabbing deaths of their parents and three siblings at their house in suburban Tulsa are asking a judge to halt the release of records they say could jeopardize their chances of a fair trial.
A Tulsa district judge is to hear arguments Wednesday on behalf of 18-year-old Robert Bever and 16-year-old Michael Bever. They have been charged with five counts of first-degree murder in the July 22 attack at their Broken Arrow home.
A judge entered not guilty pleas for them on Monday. Authorities haven't released a motive.
