Former state university dean's lawyer challenges accuser's credibility in sex abuse lawsuit
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}A defense attorney is trying to undermine the credibility of a man who accuses a former state university administrator in northeastern Pennsylvania of forcing him to perform oral sex when he was a student.
The accuser is now 33. He says that Isaac Sanders abused him at East Stroudsburg University a decade ago.
He is among three men who filed a civil rights lawsuit against Sanders. Sanders' attorney Harry Coleman attacked the accuser's credibility during cross-examination Wednesday in Scranton federal court.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Sanders denies wrongdoing. He has never been charged with the crime.
He was fired from East Stroudsburg in 2008 following an investigation into his conduct.
