Fallen dot-com millionaire guilty of selling drugs, guns
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}It has been a dramatic fall for dot-com millionaire Jennifer Sultan.
Thirteen years ago, the New York City woman and her partners sold an Internet business for $70 million.
Now, she is set to receive a four-year prison sentence after pleading guilty Friday to dealing prescription painkillers and conspiring to sell an illegal gun.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Sultan's lawyer says she became addicted to painkillers in the years after her Internet windfall.
Even while living in splendor, she fell in with a group of drug dealers. Her fortune evaporated.
She was arrested last July and accused of trying to sell a handgun for $850. Then she was caught selling prescription drugs on Craigslist.
