{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}A former CIA contractor involved in a fatal shootout in Pakistan has pleaded not guilty to assault charges stemming from a fight over a parking space in Colorado.
Raymond Davis of Highlands Ranch is accused of causing a vertebrae fracture and other injuries to Jeffrey Maes (MAYS') after an altercation outside a bagel shop on Oct. 1. He appeared in court on Monday to face charges of assault and disorderly conduct.
As a contractor, Davis was held by Pakistan last January after he shot and killed two men he said tried to rob him.
