Cops search for parents of 3 abandoned Oregon children

Lt. Robert King says Friday the children passed a medical checkup and remain in protective custody.
Police responded Thursday after someone reported activity at a vacant home in southeast Portland. Homeless people there say an unidentified woman dropped the children off the night before.

An infant girl, believed to be between 8 to 15 months old, is described as having short black hair, brown eyes and two front, lower teeth.
