Border Agents Arrest Women Smuggling Pot into Ariz.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Border agents have arrested two women suspected of smuggling 325 pounds worth of pot into Arizona.
Agents assigned to the Sonoita station were working on Interstate 10 and stopped a vehicle during a thunderstorm Tuesday. They found it loaded with 14 bundles of marijuana worth an estimated $260,000.
The vehicle and marijuana were seized and the two female smugglers inside were taken into custody.
