Trespassing Charges Dropped for Celeb Photographer of Angelina Jolie's Son
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Prosecutors will not file trespassing charges against a photographer arrested outside a Malibu preschool that Angelina Jolie's adopted son was attending.
There was insufficient evidence to prove that Clint Brewer stepped on school property while trying to photograph 4-year-old Maddox Jolie-Pitt, said Jane Robison, a spokeswoman for the Los Angeles County district attorney's office.
Brewer, 25, was arrested June 22 after he was seen hiding in bushes and photographing the church-based preschool, authorities said.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}His arrest came about two weeks after Jolie and her partner, Brad Pitt, returned to Malibu from Namibia, where she gave birth to their daughter Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt.
The couple have two older children, 18-month-old Zahara, adopted from Ethiopia, and Maddox, adopted from Cambodia.
Both Maddox and Zahara's surnames were legally changed to Jolie-Pitt after Pitt announced his intention to adopt the children.
