An unseasonably cold day resulted in some cold hard cash for a Maryland man who found a lottery ticket worth $250,000 in the pocket of his jacket last week.
The Baltimore man, whose identity was not revealed, had bought the Mega Millions ticket about a month and a half earlier and forgot about it until discovering it in the jacket pocket, WBAL-TV reported.
"I was lucky to wear the jacket that day," the winner told WBAL-TV. "I probably wouldn't wear it for the rest of the season."

The winner and his wife said they planned to save some of the money and use to rest to pay off some bills.
