Police in Connecticut have arrested a man they say was videotaped using his 4-year-old granddaughter to steal a purse from an arcade in Seaside Heights, New Jersey.
Seaside Heights police say 52-year-old Daniel Twomey was arrested at 10:15 a.m. this morning in a McDonald's parking lot in the Connecticut town of Riverside.
He's now being held in nearby Greenwich, and will likely be extradited back to New Jersey after the weekend.

Seaside Heights police say the theft happened just after midnight Sunday at Lucky Leo's on the boardwalk.
The video shows an adult with shoulder-length brown hair with a girl and red-haired boy. The adult used a foot to push the girl under a swinging security door and the child stole a worker's purse.
