A Florida woman faces a felony charge after a toddler she was supposed to be watching was found in the middle of a DeFuniak Springs street.
Susan Blalock, 38, had been watching the 1-year-old boy Thursday morning when a couple driving near the caregiver's home spotted the child sitting in the street, the Walton County Sheriff's Office said.
The toddler was not injured.

Authorities eventually located Blalock, who said she had placed the child next to her on the couch and fell asleep.
Blalock was charged with cruelty to a child without great harm. She was being held on $5,000 bail.
