Amber Alert Issued at Fort Bragg for Missing 5-Year-Old Girl

An Amber Alert has been issued at Fort Bragg for a missing 5-year-old girl, WRAL.com reported.

Te'amani LeSha Gerald was reportedly kidnapped from her front yard at 8:15 a.m., WRAL.com reported.

She is described as black, 3-feet tall and weighing 50 pounds. She was last seen dressed in a pink Dora the Explorer coat, blue jeans and a black shirt, the Web site reported.

Officials believe she might have been taken by Alexis D. Gerald and Phyllis Gerald.

Alexis Gerald was described as a black woman, 5 feet, 6 inches tall and 200 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. There was no description of Phyllis Gerald, WRAL.com reported.

It is not known what their relationship is.

Witnesses reported Alexis Gerald and Phyllis Gerald were in a 1999 black Chevrolet Suburban with South Carolina license plate FVC-504.

Authorities suspect they may be driving to Charleston, S.C., the Web site reported.
