Women's College Basketball 2025-26 Undefeated Teams Tracker: UConn 1 Win Away

There's only one perfect team left in women's college basketball: No. 1 UConn. And just one more game left for them to finish the regular season that way.

The Huskies extended their win streak with a whopping 50-point victory over Creighton on Feb. 11, 94-44, followed by another double-digit win over Marquette on Valentine's Day, 71-56, and an 83-69 drubbing of Villanova on Feb. 18. Most recently, on Feb. 22, UConn tied a program record by forcing Providence to turn the ball over 39 times en route to an 81-38 win. And on Thursday, the Huskies bested Georgetown by 32 points, putting them one win away from a 30-0 season.

Here's a look at the last undefeated team in 2025–2026, as well as the last winless team, through Feb. 27.

Undefeated Teams

No. 1 UConn, Big East, 29-0

UConn remains undefeated despite having the 13th-toughest schedule out of 363 teams, per NET. The Huskies kicked off February against No. 15 Tennessee — the last team UConn lost to back in Feb. 2025 – but things were different this time. The Huskies dominated the second half against the Lady Vols en route to a 30-point victory.

After a return to Big East play, UConn has now won 45 games in a row, which is the seventh-longest streak in Division I women's college basketball history. The Huskies took 87th-ranked Georgetown on Feb. 26, and will close out the regular season against St. John's (100th in NET) on March 1. If UConn defeats the Red Storm, it will have completed an undefeated regular season and be tied for the fifth-longest winning streak in women's D-I basketball history with … itself. The 2013-2015 edition, to be specific.

Winless Teams

There's only one team left without any wins so far this season after Central Connecticut and Niagara finally escaped their respective winless seasons with victories this week.

The Beacons have three opportunities left to avoid ending 2025-2026 without a win. Illinois State, Belmont and Murray State are still on the schedule. The problem is that those are three of the four teams at the top of the Valley, with Murray State the most significant hurdle.
