On Saturday night, the Cameron Crazies got a chance to see their reigning national champions for the first time during the 2015 Countdown to Craziness.
Despite having five former McDonald's All-Americans out on the floor it was Marshall Plumlee, the senior reserve big man, who had the play of the night.
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Duke saw freshmen Jahlil Okafor, Justise Winslow and Tyus Jones declare for the NBA Draft after last season, while senior guard Quinn Cook graduated in the spring.
But Coach K brings in another talented recruiting class, headlined by 6-foot-8 wing Brandon Ingram. The new crop of freshmen join Amile Jefferson, Matt Jones and Grayson Allen, the hero of the national title game against Wisconsin, to form a preseason top-5 team.
