The No. 25 Pitt Panthers were able to escape the Carrier Dome with a win on Saturday thanks to a last-second, 25-yard field goal by kicker Chris Blewitt.

Blewitt's field goal capped off a marathon drive that lasted 9:20 and spanned 89 yards on 19 plays.

The win ups the No. 25 Panthers to 6-1 (4-0), while Syracuse dropped to 3-4 (1-2).
