Top seeds reach women's French Open doubles final

Paris, France (SportsNetwork.com) - The top-seeded teams of Su-Wei Hsieh and Peng Shuai and Sara Errani and Roberta Vinci will battle in Sunday's women's doubles final at the French Open.

The top seeds Hsieh and Shuai got past a Spanish duo of Garbine Muguruza and Carla Suarez Navarro, 6-2, 5-7, 6-2, while the second-seeded tandem of Errani and Vinci whipped Czech Lucie Hradecka and Dutchwoman Michaella Krajicek, 6-2, 6-1, in Friday's semifinals at Stade Roland Garros.

Taiwan's Hsieh and China's Shuai are the reigning Wimbledon champs, while Errani and Vinci are four-time Grand Slam doubles titlists, including the 2012 French and this year's Australian Open. Errani and Vinci were the Roland Garros runners-up a year ago.

The championship team will split $545,000.
