Titans place Roos on IR, promote Brackett
{{#rendered}} {{/rendered}}Nashville, TN (SportsNetwork.com) - The Tennessee Titans placed offensive tackle Michael Roos on injured reserve Saturday and promoted tight end Brett Brackett from the practice squad to the active roster.
The move for Roos was expected, as he suffered a right knee injury that required season-ending surgery. The three-time All-Pro had missed just one game in his 10 seasons with the Titans.
Brackett joined the Titans' practice squad in early September after spending time with the Miami Dolphins in training camp this summer. He hasn't played a regular season game despite time on NFL rosters with Jacksonville, Philadelphia and Arizona.
