Tiger Woods hasn't felt worse at the Hero World Challenge and yet produced his best score of the week.

Woods lost his voice overnight and was nauseous before and during the third round at Isleworth. But with birdies on his last three holes, he salvaged a 3-under 69 that brought him back to even par for the tournament.

He remains in last place among the 18-man field, the only player not under par.

Even so, the goal Saturday was to finish. Woods took a swig of water and threw up on the first hole. He says his fever finally broke and he slowly got back to normal, with both his health and golf game.

Woods hasn't played since Aug. 9 at the PGA Championship because of a back injury.
